The apartment welcomes you with a large open space living room, composed as follows: the dining area with an oval table for 4 people and the Stosa corner kitchen, complete and equipped to prepare lunches and dinners like at home; the TV area, with a comfortable sofa to relax and watch a movie after a day dedicated to sightseeing, or at work for those staying for business. The living room leads to the large terrace, where you can sunbathe in summer and enjoy the mild Ticino climate even in other periods of the year. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin with a single bed and a foldaway bed, making this two-bedroom apartment perfect for 3 or 4 guests; the bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes to store your apparel. The apartment is completed by a modern bathroom with shower, with an innovative design and great attention to detail, such as the LED mirror lighting. The home automation system allows the regulation of lights, heating / cooling and the sunshield system. With your badge, you can open the entrance of the underground garage, the entrance gate to the terrace and the security door of the apartment with a light touch. In addition, the private cellar allows you to store bicycles and have a washing machine and dryer for exclusive use.

Check-in is from 3pm to 8pm. Check-out is from 8am to 10am. 

We kindly ask you to notify us about your exact time of arrival at latest 24 hours ahead of your arrival. A member of our staff will wait for you at the property at the time you communicate to us, and will show you where to park, how to enter the apartment and give you other useful information.

For check-out, please notify us approximately 24 hours ahead of your departure time: a member of our staff will meet you at the property to check the apartment and say goodbye.

PLEASE NOTE: The property requires a payment of DEPOSIT. The deposit payment has to be settled during the ONLINE CHECK-IN by credit card. Once the apartment is checked after your departure and found to be in good condition, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment in 5-7 business days following your check-out.

A few steps from the Residence is the Lido Conca d’oro, with access to the lake, swimming pool, solarium and snack bar for breakfast, lunch, aperitifs. On the opposite side of the road passes the boat of the Navigation Company of Lake Lugano, with which you can reach several places bathed by the sweet waters of the Ceresio, such as the picturesque Morcote, where to stop for an aperitif on the lakefront, and the romantic Melide, with beach and lido. You can also reach them with a private boat, several boat services allow the rental of motorboats (with and without a license). The center of Lugano is easily reachable from the luxurious apartments of the Residence La Promenade: with a short and pleasant walk along the lake you can reach the LAC museum in 5 minutes and the renowned shopping street, via Nassa, in the historic center of the city in 8 minutes. The Lugano Casino is 8 minutes by car, facing the beautiful Ciani Park, the large lakefront garden of the historic villa. How to arrive:

By car: Arriving from the north or south, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Sud exit: in 1 minute you will reach the Lugano lakefront. Turn right at Palazzo Mantegazza and reach number 26 of Riva Paradiso. 

By train: From Lugano Paradiso station, walk for about 8 minutes, or call a taxi to reach the Residence in just 2 minutes.
