If you are looking for an elegant and modern solution to stay a stone's throw from the lake, a few minutes from the center of Lugano, PROMENADE 5 will be your comfortable nest of relaxation in the residential area of ​​Paradiso.

PLEASE NOTE: The villa requires the payment of a DEPOSIT (300 chf). The deposit payment will be requested during the ONLINE CHECK-IN by credit card. The amount will be returned to you within 5/7 days of check-out on the same credit card used for payment, once the apartment is found to be in good condition.

The apartment welcomes you with a large open space living room, composed as follows: the dining area, with an oval table for 4 people and the Stosa corner kitchen, complete and equipped to prepare lunches and dinners like at home; the TV area, with a comfortable sofa to relax and watch a movie after a day dedicated to sightseeing, or at work for those staying for business. The living room leads to the large terrace, where you can sunbathe in summer and enjoy the mild Ticino climate even in other periods of the year. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin with a single bed and a foldaway bed, making this trilobate perfect for both 3 and 4 guests; the bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes to store your wardrobe. The apartment is completed by a modern bathroom with shower, with an innovative design and great attention to detail, such as the LED mirror lighting. The home automation system allows the regulation of lights, heating / cooling and the darkening system. With your badge, you can open the entrance of the underground garage, the entrance gate to the terrace and the security door of the apartment with a light touch.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. 


Free Wi-Fi for the guests. The apartment has a private underground parking where you can park your car (Maximum car height: 2,05 m). In addition, the private cellar allows you to store bicycles and have a washing machine and dryer for exclusive use.

A few steps from the Residence is the Lido Conca d’oro, with access to the lake, swimming pool, solarium and snack bar for breakfast, lunch, aperitifs. On the opposite side of the road passes the boat of the Navigation Company of Lake Lugano, with which you can reach several places bathed by the sweet waters of the Ceresio, such as the picturesque Morcote, where to stop for an aperitif on the lakefront, and the romantic Melide, with beach and lido. You can also reach them with a private boat, several boat services allow the rental of motorboats (with and without a license).

The center of Lugano is easily reachable from the luxurious apartments of the Residence La Promenade: with a short and pleasant walk along the lake you can reach the LAC museum in 5 minutes and the renowned shopping street, via Nassa, in the historic center of the city in 8 minutes. By car: Coming from the north or south, from the A2 highway take the Lugano Sud exit: in 1 minute you reach the Lugano lakefront. Turn right at Palazzo Mantegazza and reach number 26 of Riva Paradiso. By train: From Lugano Paradiso station, walk for about 8 minutes, or call a taxi to reach the Residence in just 2 minutes.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 15.00 to 20.00. Check-out from 8.00 to 10.00. We kindly ask you to notify us 48 hours / max 24 hours before your arrival time.
