Looking for the perfect place to immerse yourself in the natural beauty and tourist attractions of Ticino, and at the same time where you can enjoy relaxing vacations away from the hustle and bustle of the city? VILLA CA' LELLA is just what you desire!

PLEASE NOTE: The villa requires the payment of a DEPOSIT (300 chf). The deposit payment will be requested during the ONLINE CHECK-IN by credit card. The amount will be returned to you within 5/7 days of check-out on the same credit card used for payment, once the apartment is found to be in good condition.

The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden, where there is a magnificent outdoor swimming pool available to guests during the warm season. The garden is equipped with deck chairs for sunbathing and enjoying the Ticino warmth all year round. In addition, there are table and chairs on the patio next to the entrance for outdoor dining, and a grill for guests to use.

Inside, guests are welcomed into a spacious and comfortable living area. The bright room is furnished with a sofa bed, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is separate, overlooks the garden, and is complete with appliances and set up with everything you need to prepare meals like at home and enjoy them on the table for 6 in the living room!

There are three bedrooms, making the villa perfect for families and groups of friends: a spacious master bedroom, overlooking the garden and a built-in closet, and two twin bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds and a closet. 

The large bathroom has a bathtub with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

A set of towels is included in the living room for each person, along with sheets and blankets and toiletries. We also leave a basket with the necessities for a breakfast.

Wifi is available to guests.

Guests have 2 uncovered parking spaces within the villa area.

In addition, guests can have bicycles for free (in the garage).

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

The villa is well served and perfect as an accommodation for visiting all of Ticino. Restaurants, stores, train station and supermarkets are within 500 meters from the house. Lake Lugano and the Lido di Magliaso are is only a 7-minute walk away, while for enthusiasts the Lugano Golf Club is about a 3-minute drive away. Visit nearby Caslano, with its pretty village, lakefront and Alprose Chocolate Factory Museum. The center of Lugano is a 15-minute drive away.

How to get there:

By car, from the A2 highway take the Lugano Sud exit and set your GPS: you'll arrive at the villa in 15 minutes.

By train, from Lugano station take the S60 train towards Ponte Tresa for 8 stops and get off at the "Magliaso, Paese" stop. Walk about 4 minutes to reach the villa.
