Tresa Apartment is a charming one-bedroom apartment located in the centre of Lavena Ponte Tresa, ideal for those seeking a minimalist and cozy environment. This apartment offers a comfortable and functional living experience, guaranteeing maximum comfort during your stay.

As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a bright, tastefully furnished living room, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.), perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. For lovers of the outdoors, Tresa Apartment also offers a balcony equipped with a table for four, the perfect place to enjoy an al fresco breakfast or a romantic dinner during the summer season.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances to prepare your favourite meals. You will find a coffee machine to start your day with the right sprint, a kettle to enjoy a relaxing cup of tea and an oven and toaster to satisfy all your culinary needs.

The master bedroom is an oasis of tranquillity, furnished with a comfortable double bed.

The bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower completes the apartment.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, but there are free and paid public parking spaces nearby.

What's nearby:

The apartment is located in the centre of Lavena Ponte Tresa, 5 min walk from the village of Lavena and 5 min from the state border. Crossing the Swiss customs you will find the lakeside and in 2 km you will reach the picturesque Caslano and its Lido. While below the house you will have numerous shops and supermarkets, restaurants and bars. From Ponte Tresa you can take the boat that touches the main villages on Lake Ceresio. Lugano is about 10 km away.

How to arrive:

By car, follow the A8 motorway towards Via Peschiera/ Tangenziale Nord Est di Varese/ SS342 A Varese for 35 minutes. Then follow the Tangenziale Nord Est di Varese/ SS233 in the direction of Via L. Colombo in Lavena Ponte Tresa, in 30 minutes you will be in front of the apartment.

By train: From Milano Centrale station take RE80 direction "Locarno", after 1h and 15 minutes you will be at Lugano station where you will take the Trenino S60 direction "Ponte Tresa" for 11 stops and get off at the terminus Ponte Tresa, from there you will have to cross the border and in 9 minutes walk you will be at the apartment.
