SWEET PARADISE

For your relaxing vacation a few minutes from the center of Lugano, SWEET PARADISE will be a special place to stay while enjoying the greenery and the lake!

This elegant apartment is located inside an elegant building in Paradiso that has a garden and a private condominium beach, to which you have access by crossing the street: you will spend here entire summer days between bathing and sun!

The large living room consists of the TV area, with a large corner sofa and a flat-screen TV for watching movies with friends or reading a book after a day of sightseeing. Next to it is a dining table for 4 and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook like at home. You'll love the honey-colored hardwood floors in this room!

There is also a single sofa bed in the living room, with a second single pull-out bed, adding two places for groups and families.

The living room also leads to the large balcony, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The master bedroom is comfortable, with a closet for storage, and also has access to the balcony.

A bathroom with a shower completes the apartment.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. 

The apartment does not have private parking. You can find paid or free public parking spaces with time discs along Riva Paradiso.

Access:

This apartment with has a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be present upon your arrival, but, upon the confirmation of your booking, you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEOS of the entrance and the parking; moreover, you can call us if you need help. 

Nearby:

A few steps from the Residence is the Lido Conca d'oro, with access to the lake, swimming pool, solarium and snack bar for breakfast, lunch and aperitifs. 

On the opposite side of the road is the boat of the Società Navigazione del Lago di Lugano, with which you can reach various places washed by the gentle waters of Lake Lugano, such as picturesque Morcote, where you can stop for an aperitif on the lakeside, and romantic Melide, with its beach and lido. You can also reach them with a private boat; several boat services offer motorboat hire (with and without licence).  

From the flat you can easily reach the centre of Lugano: with a short and pleasant walk along the lakeside promenade you can reach the LAC museum in 5 minutes and the renowned shopping street, Via Nassa, in the old town centre in 8 minutes.

The Lugano Casino is an 8-minute drive away, facing the beautiful Parco Ciani, the large lakefront garden of the historic villa. 

The motorway junctions are just a short distance away: the strategic position makes it possible to combine relaxation, privacy and tranquillity with ease of movement, both for sightseeing and business commitments. 

How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 highway take the Melide exit and drive along the Via Cantonale to Riva Paradiso 26: in 6 minutes you will reach the apartment.

By train, from Lugano Paradiso station walk 10 minutes to reach the apartment.
