Large windows filter natural light and frame the breathtaking view of the lake, offering direct access to the outdoor terrace. Descending to the lower level, the sleeping area features two tastefully furnished bedrooms, one double and one single, and a cozy TV lounge with armchairs, perfect for relaxing, which leads directly to the private garden. Here, guests can enjoy an unparalleled natural setting, with glimpses of the lake and impressive green mountains. The property is completed by two bathrooms - one with a shower and one guest toilet - and a convenient storage room with a washing machine, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay.

By car, take the "Como Monte Olimpino" exit from the A9 motorway and continue along Via Bellinzona. With GPS, the apartment is about 3 minutes away. By train, from Como San Giovanni station, walk to the “Como S. Rocchetto” stop, take bus C75 towards Como - S. Teresa and get off at “Como - Torchio (Monte Olimpino)” (6 stops, about 10 minutes). The property is about 100 meters away.
