This lovely four-room apartment located in a quiet residential area of Locarno can accommodate up to 4 people.
The residence has a large garden and a covered communal swimming pool.
From the large terrace furnished with tables and chairs you can enjoy the wonderful view of Lake Maggiore: have lunch outdoors even in summer, in the shade of the tents, and dine admiring the colors of the sunset, sipping a good glass of Ticino wine!
The open plan living room consists of the TV area, with a large sofa in which to relax and watch a movie at the end of the day, the dining area, with a table for 6, and the American kitchen, modern and equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve meals.
The bedrooms are two, double, spacious and furnished with large wardrobes to store all the wardrobe even for longer holidays.
There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and a smaller one with a shower, where there is also a washing machine and dryer to do your laundry independently.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. Free Wi-Fi for the guests.
Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.
Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

SOLE MONTE is in a strategic position, panoramic and far from the chaos of the city but at the same time close to the center and located in a neighborhood served by bars, restaurants and services, such as the La Chiesa restaurant, a 2-minute walk away, and the mini market La Bottega dei Monti, 4 minutes on foot.
In just 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the panoramic Sanctuary of the Madonna del Sasso.
The historic center of Locarno can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Among the attractions, the famous Piazza Grande, location of the Locarno Pardo Film Festival, and the Visconteo Castle with its museum.
Lake Maggiore is only 10 minutes away by car: reach the pier to take a boat tour to the Brissago, Sant'Apollinare and San Pancrazio islands, or walk the beautiful lake promenade Giuseppe Motta and continue along Largo Verbano, the green lakefront of Muralto with many restaurants and bars, animated in summer by musical and cultural events!
The Lido di Locarno is a 10-minute drive away.

To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.
How to arrive:
If you arrive by car:
From Italy / from the south: take the A2 highway to exit 48 (40 km). From here, take Monte Ceneri, Cadepezzo and Str. Cantonale in the direction of A13 to Locarno (14 km). Continue on the A13 to the Orselina / Brione exit and set the GPS from here to reach the apartment in 10 minutes.
From the North: from the A2 highway, take exit 47, continue towards the A13 of Locarno until Minusio. Take the Orselina / Brione exit and set the GPS from here.
If you arrive by train:
From Locarno Station you can reach the Madonna del Sasso Funicular station in 3 minutes on foot, from here take the funicular and get off at Orselina Santuario, and reach the apartment in 10 minutes on foot.
Or you can reach the stop Locarno, Debarcadero in 4 minutes on foot, take the bus No. 2 towards Brione s. Minusio, Chiesa and get off at the Monti della Trinità stop. From here, walk for 4 minutes.
