Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, a few minutes’ walk away from the Exhibition Centre and 10 minutes’ walk away from the city centre, this apartment is perfect for couples, but also for business trips. The double sofa bed can accommodate two people, both for families and groups (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we consider it only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa). The double bedroom is spacious and furnished with an elegant style. The actual strength of this apartment is its bathroom! Relax in the hydromassage shower cabin and enjoy the tranquillity of the location.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you travel-size shampoo and bubble bath.

The Coop Supermarket is just in front of the structure; the building complex is just 2 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lanchetta restaurant; it is possible to take the ferry from the small tourist port to many locations (Gandria, Morcote, etc.). The Lido of Lugano, which is just 3 minutes away, offers an olympic swimming pool covered in winter, the outdoor pools with springboards in summer, a beach along the lakeshore, the tennis courts and the sailing club.
