The Monte San Salvatore, one of the symbols of Lugano, stands out from the city skyline and is clearly visible from the terrace of ROGGIA 16.

The small but functional kitchen is fully equipped and faces the living room, which includes a dining and a TV area where you can enjoy relaxing moments. The two-seater sofa becomes a double sofa bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.), for those with family or groups of friends. The double bedroom is spacious and welcoming; the bathroom with modern shower, ruby tiled with floral decorations, is original and elegant. The apartment is located in a residential area a stone's throw from the Exhibition Center, on the 4th floor of a newly built building, the Pearl of Ticino. Leave the car parked: the historic center is only 10 minutes away!

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment has a reserved parking space in the residential garage. ATTENTION: NARROW PARKING SPACE (L:5.00m, W:2.30m, H:2.30m)!

Access:

Please be reminded that you will enter the apartment by doing a SELF CHECK-IN. 

An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.

What's nearby:

The Coop Supermarket is just in front of the property; the building complex is just 2 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lanchetta restaurant; it is possible to take the ferry from the small tourist port to many locations (Gandria, Morcote, etc.). The Lido of Lugano, which is just 3 minutes away, offers an olympic swimming pool covered in winter, outdoor pools with springboards in summer, a lakeside beach, tennis courts and a sailing club.

How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. 

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop "Viganello, La Santa" (about 10 minutes). Walk for about 3 minutes to get to the building.
