Are you planning a holiday in Lugano with your family, your partner or for business purposes. Regardless of your type of stay, you will soon feel at home in ROGGIA 15, a fully-equipped, modern and functional apartment with a minimal-chic design. Enjoy your breakfast or aperitif on the large terrace overlooking the park, the city and the green mountains. The terrace can be reached from the living room, which includes a TV area, with a beautiful sofa that turns into a double bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we consider it only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa), and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The double bedroom is comfortable and overlooks a second small terrace. The bedroom with two single beds is lively and colorful. The bright and elegant bathroom in soft and relaxing colors will help you relax in the modern shower with hydromassage. You don’t need to take your car to go to the Exhibition Centre, since the apartment is just 3 minutes’ walk away from it, 5 from the lakefront and 10 from the city centre.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. 


Free Wi-Fi for the guests. Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

The Coop Supermarket is just in front of the structure; the building complex is just 2 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lanchetta restaurant; it is possible to take the ferry from the small tourist port to many locations (Gandria, Morcote, etc.). The Lido of Lugano, which is just 3 minutes away, offers an olympic swimming pool covered in winter, the outdoor pools with springboards in summer, a beach along the lakeshore, the tennis courts and the sailing club.

Access: To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.

How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop "Viganello, La Santa" (about 10 minutes). Walk for about 3 minutes to get to the building.
