A compact and functional apartment perfect for a romantic holiday, but also for families, small groups and business trips: PRESTIGE 38, equipped with simple but practical pieces of furniture can host up to 4 guests with all the comforts. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and you can taste your lunch or dinner at the glass table, enjoying the view. The city will stretch out around you from the terrace, which can be accessed both from the bedroom and from the living room; moreover, the glass railings will further enhance the view: enjoy an aperitif prepared with local products on the outdoor table! In the double bedroom, there is a large closet with sliding doors, while the other bedroom with bunk beds and a panelled staircase will flabbergast your children! In the bathroom, the brand new bathtub acts also as a shower. A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment. Nearby: The centre is about 10 minutes walk away, while the lake is even closer: it will take you just 5 minutes to reach the Ciani park, the Lido with its swimming pools, its beach and its tennis court, and the tourist port where you can take the boat. The Exhibition Centre - the main trade fair centre in the city is only 5 minutes’ walk away. Access: To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help. How to arrive: If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus number 6 (direction "Viganello") for 4 stops (about 8 minutes) and get off at "Ponte Madonnetta" stop, then walk for about 500 m. Alternatively, take the number 2 bus (direction Castagnola - Capolinea) for 5 stops (9 minutes) and get off at the "Lugano Palazzo Studi" stop.
