Lugano and its lake await you, staying at PONTE PARADISO! This spacious studio is perfect for a romantic holiday for couples, or with friends to visit the beauties of Ticino, even without a car: the apartment, in fact, is a 3-minute walk from the Lugano Paradiso station!

Upon entering, there is the dining area with a table for 4 in front of the modern kitchen, lively in red and white, complete for preparing lunches and dinners like at home. The large living room is divided into a TV area, with a large flat screen TV for movie nights and a comfortable sofa that becomes a single bed for a third person (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.), and a sleeping area, with a double bed next to the large window. 

The terrace is large and overlooks the lush greenery of the communal garden: enjoy the cool air here in the hot Ticino summer!

A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.

The apartment does not have a private parking space. It is possible to park on the blue parking lines of via Carona or in the municipal car park, 10 minutes walking distance.

Please be reminded that you will enter the apartment by doing a SELF CHECK-IN. 

An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.

The apartment is just 5 minutes from the Lugano Sud motorway junction and a 10-minute walk from the Lugano Paradiso train station. The LUDES University campus is a 3-minute drive away. The area is served by many restaurants, bars, grocery stores.

The funicular to the summit of Monte San Salvatore is 650 m away.

Lido Riva Caccia and Lido Conca D'Oro are a 5-minute drive away. The LAC museum is 5 minutes away. The historic center, with its shopping streets, can be reached in 6 minutes by car: you can park at the Motta car park.

How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Sud exit and set the GPS: in 2 minutes you will reach the apartment. You can park on the blue parking lines in via Carona, or at the Autosilo Comunale municipal car park about 10 minutes away on foot.

By train, get off at Lugano-Paradiso stop and walk for 3 minutes: the apartment is 200 metres from the station.
