Visiting Lugano and its surroundings while staying away from the hustle and bustle of the city is a dream come true in PARCO VIRA 2! The duplex apartment is located inside an elegant residence in the hilly and sunny area of Porza and is perfect for families and groups of friends as well as for business stays: in 10/15 minutes by car you can reach the center!

Entering is the cozy living room, with sofa and TV for watching a movie after a day of sightseeing. Next door is the modern kitchen with a round table for 4, complete with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home.

From here there is access to the garden, where the patio is furnished with a table, chairs and umbrella to fully experience spring and summer and beyond.

Going up the stairs, you reach the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

A set of towels is included in the living room for each person, along with sheets and blankets and a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessities for a breakfast.

The apartment you have a private parking space in the condominium garage.

The residence has a large garden with a beautiful view of Lake Lugano and a beautiful swimming pool, available to guests from 2 to 6 pm.

Smoking is forbidden.

All commercial activities are forbidden inside the flat.

Porza is a hilly residential district of Lugano, only 15 minutes' drive from the centre of Lugano, enjoying a beautiful view of the lake. The area and its surroundings is well served by bars and restaurants, and is only a few minutes away from the Lugano stadium, the Skate Park and the Corner Arena (hokey arena).

In 15 minutes you reach the historic city centre with its shops, boutiques and cafés, the Lugano Lido and the Parco Ciani.

How to get there:

From the A2 motorway, take the Lugano Nord exit and set the GPS: you will reach the flat in 7 minutes.

From Lugano railway station, take bus No. 461 direction "Tesserete, Belvedere" for 4 stops and get off at the stop "Porza, Belvedere". In 5 minutes on foot you will reach the flat.
