10 minutes from the centre of Lugano MODERN CANOBBIO will be the perfect starting point for your visits to the city and its surroundings! This modern and spacious two-room apartment is tastefully furnished and is the ideal solution for a holiday for couples, but also for a business stay.

The large and bright open-plan living room consists of the dining area, with a table for 4, an attic sitting area, with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV for watching a movie at the end of the day, and a corner kitchen, complete with appliances and equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home.

The master bedroom has a chest of drawers and a coat rack for wardrobe storage, and two skylights that give it warm natural light during the day and are windows for star gazing on romantic nights! There is also a bathroom in the room, with a modern, spacious shower.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. 

The apartment does not have private parking. You can find paid or free public parking spaces with time discs along the street.

Canobbio is a quiet district of Lugano, with all services (post office, bank, pharmacy), bars and restaurants. In just 10 minutes by car you can reach the historic city centre, the beautiful lakeside promenade, the Parco Ciani and the Lugano Lido.

How to get there:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Nord exit, drive through the Vedeggino-Cassarate tunnel and set your GPS: in 5 minutes you will reach the flat.

By train, from Lugano station take the bus N.4 direction "Canobbio, Ganna" for 12 stops and get off at "Stazione". In 3 minutes on foot you will reach the flat.
