MINERVA 405 is a surprising studio, perfect for couples, friends and for business trips! The well-organized rooms give the feeling of a spacious apartment and the 3 large windows illuminate the large room, overlooking the terrace that runs through the two walls: the desire to admire the wonderful lake view from here, sipping a good glass of wine Ticinese on the table, it will be irresistible!

The horseshoe-shaped kitchen allows you to have the necessary plans both for cooking and for eating sitting on stools. The cheerful living area with its lemon-yellow pillows and the geometric patterned carpet. It has a comfortable couch that becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we consider it only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa). Complete the apartment a modern bathroom equipped with shower.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. 


Free Wi-Fi for the guests. The apartment does not have a private parking space. Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

Access: To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.

Nearby:

Lakefront and Lac, the city centre and the Lugano railway station are just, respectively, 5 and 7 minutes’ away; the bus stop is close to the building complex. The area is served by grocery stores, café and restaurants.

How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Sud" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. Minerva Apartment doesn’t have a private car park, but guests can park in the public parking close to the building. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.2 or 4 (direction Lugano, Centro) (about 5 minutes) and get off at the "Lugano, Tassino" stop. Walk for about 1 minutes to get to the building.
