MINERVA 405 is a surprising studio apartment, perfect for couples, friends and for business trips! The well-organized spaces give the feeling of a spacious apartment and the 3 large windows illuminate the large room, overlooking the terrace that runs along two walls: the desire to admire the wonderful lake view from here by sipping a good glass of wine Ticinese at the table will be irresistible!

The horseshoe-shaped kitchen allows you to have the necessary surfaces both for cooking and for eating while sitting on the stools. The living area is cheerful for its lemon-yellow pillows and geometric patterned carpet. It has a comfortable couch that becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The apartment is completed by a modern bathroom with shower.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.

The Minerva Apartment does not have a private car park, but guests can park in the public parking close to the building.

An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.

What's nearby:

Lakefront and Lac are 5 walking minutes distant, while the city centre and the station of Lugano are 7 walking minutes from the apartment; the bus stop is close to the building complex. The area is very well served: in front of the building there is a grocery store.

How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take "Lugano Sud" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. Minerva Apartment does not have a private car park, but guests can park in the public parking close to the building.

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.2 or 4 direction "Lugano, Centro" (about 5 minutes) and get off at the "Lugano, Tassino" stop. Walk for about 1 minute to get to the building.
