MARAINI 15 APARTMENT is a charming one-bedroom apartment with lake view, furnished with taste, inspiration and an artistic soul: the beautiful canvases embellish all environments, providing a cheerful and welcoming touch!

The dark wood parquet is recurrent throughout the house. The large terrace frames the living room and bedroom, offering a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano: sip a good glass of Ticino wine while admiring the sun that blushes among the green Ticino mountains! 

The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa for 3 persons, facing the flat-screen TV, which becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The room continues with the fully equipped corner kitchen and the dining table for 4 people.

In the double bedroom there is a chest of drawers for your linen, and in the corridor the large closet can contain all your wardrobe! 

The apartment concludes with a retro-style bathroom with bathtub.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.

The apartment has a reserved parking space (H:1.95m x W:2.30m).

Access:

Please be reminded that you will enter the apartment by doing a SELF CHECK-IN. 

An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.

What's nearby:

Lakefront and Lac are 5 walking minutes distant, while the city centre and the station of Lugano are 7 walking minutes from the apartment; the bus stop is close to the building complex. The area is very well served: in front of the building there is a grocery store.

How to arrive:

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station walk about 15 minutes (about 1 km) along Via Clemente Maraini, or take bus No. 2 for 2 stops or No. 4 for 2 stops (5 minutes) and get off at "Lugano Loreto" stop. The building is located 10 meters from the bus stop. 

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take "Lugano Sud" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment.
