Located on the fourth and top floor, in the attic, the apartment offers a compact yet well-organised space. The main room combines a comfortable living area with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining table for two. Although compact, the space has everything needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The simple, light-coloured furnishings create a bright and tidy atmosphere, while the exposed wooden beams add a warm and characteristic touch, making the apartment even more welcoming. Completing the accommodation is a private bathroom with shower and washing machine, ensuring comfort throughout your stay.
High-quality bed linen, towels, and a courtesy kit are provided.
You will also find a welcome basket with essentials for your first breakfast.
The apartment does not have private parking, but several paid public parking areas are available nearby, along Via Santo Garovaglio and Via dei Partigiani, as well as the Valduce multi-storey car park.

MANSARDA SISTINA is located on a quiet street, just a short walk from Como’s historic centre and approximately 500 metres from the city’s Duomo and Teatro Sociale. In just 8–10 minutes on foot, you can reach the walled city and its charming cobbled streets, lined with shops, cafés, restaurants, churches and picturesque squares. Highlights include the beautiful Piazza Duomo, home to the cathedral and Broletto; the picturesque Piazza San Fedele, with its Romanesque basilica; Via Vittorio Emanuele for shopping; Piazza Volta, with its lively bars and outdoor seating; and Porta Torre, the historic entrance to the city. In around 10–12 minutes on foot, you can also reach Piazza Cavour, overlooking the lake and serving as the departure point for boat services to some of the most famous destinations on Lake Como, including Cernobbio, Torno, Laglio, Bellagio and Varenna. A pleasant walk or bike ride will take you to Villa Olmo and its park, or to Villa Geno along the scenic Viale Geno. At the beginning of the avenue, you will also find the funicular railway to Brunate, ideal for enjoying a panoramic lunch or setting off to explore the surrounding mountains on hiking and trekking routes.

By car, take the Como Centro exit from the A9 motorway and follow your GPS. The apartment can be reached in approximately 10 minutes.
By train, from Como San Giovanni station, walk to the Como - S. Rocchetto bus stop and take bus No. 6, getting off at “Como - Municipio” (5 stops, approximately 6 minutes). The apartment is about 400 metres from the bus stop. Alternatively, from Como Lago station, the apartment can be reached on foot in approximately 8–9 minutes.
