The entrance leads you directly into a spacious living room, furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we think it is only fair that you use the sofa during the hours you are not sleeping. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa) and two cosy armchairs, ideal for relaxing and socialising after a day spent outdoors. A dining table for six invites you to share pleasant meals together, while the decorative elements adorning the walls, such as antique skis, evoke the unique atmosphere of the mountains.

The kitchen, which is separate from the living room, is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and refrigerator, ensuring maximum convenience for preparing your meals.

The two bedrooms are cosy and well furnished: the first has a comfortable double bed and a large mirrored wardrobe, while the second has a practical bunk bed and a wardrobe for storing your personal belongings.

The bathroom, complete with toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine, ensures maximum comfort for the duration of your stay.

Outside, the balcony offers a perfect space to enjoy the view of the square and breathe in the fresh mountain air.

Quality bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with the necessities for your breakfast.

The flat does not offer private parking, but public parking spaces can be found in the apartment block.

How to get there: 

By car: From the Italian motorway A9 direction ‘Chiasso’, take exit A59 ‘Como Centro’ and proceed following the GPS for about 2 hours in the direction of Madesimo. When you reach Via X Madesimo, take Via Innocente de Giacomi and Via degli Argini, from here in 3 minutes you will be in front of your flat.

By train/bus: You can also reach Madesimo by public transport. The nearest railway station is Chiavenna, which is 20 km away and can be reached by train from Milan (Milan-Tirano route and then Colico-Chiavenna). From Chiavenna it is possible to get to Madesimo by bus, with scheduled buses coinciding with the arrival and departure of trains.
