Located in a recently built building overlooking the pretty Piazza Santa Lucia, in a very quiet residential area, LUCY is the ideal apartment for your holiday or business stay in Lugano!

Modern and bright, tastefully furnished with warm colors, LUCY welcomes you with an open space that combines the kitchen, brand new and fully equipped for cooking and serving meals, and the living room. Relax at the end of the day on the comfortable 3-seater sofa, watching a movie on the large flat screen TV! The sofa can become a double bed for the night if you are with a family or group (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.).

The master bedroom has a large closet to store your wardrobe, even for longer stays. The spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine concludes the apartment.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.

The apartment has reserved parking in the residential garage.

Please be reminded that you will enter the apartment by doing a SELF CHECK-IN. 

An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.

Leave your car in the private car park for the entire duration of your stay: LUCY is located in a strategic position, 8 minutes walk from Lugano station, from which you can reach the Lugano center in 3 minutes by funicular, and 1 minutes from Lugano bus stop, but away from the frenzy and noise of one of the main city streets of Corso San Gottardo. The center can also be reached on foot in 10 minutes, taking the steps of the Scalinata dei Frati.

How to arrive:

Arriving by car, you can reach LUCY from the A2 motorway, Lugano Nord exit in just 5 minutes: follow the GPS directions. 

Arriving by train, from Lugano station you can reach the apartment in just 8 walking minutes, or take bus no. 5 direction "Manno, Lamone" and get off at "Massagno, Santa Lucia" and in 2 walking minutes you will reach the apartment.
