LINEN HOUSE is a modern one-bedroom apartment located on the second floor of a historic residence in the heart of Locarno, just a few steps from Piazza Grande. Its central location allows guests to easily reach on foot restaurants, cafés, shops, the lakeside promenade, and the city’s main attractions, making it the perfect base to fully experience the atmosphere of Locarno.

The entrance opens onto a spacious hallway with a fully equipped kitchenette, designed for preparing your favorite meals. Further on, you reach the bright living area, furnished with a dining table and a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate up to two additional guests. The interiors feature a contemporary Nordic style, characterized by clean lines, natural materials, and a soft color palette. Neutral tones blend harmoniously with wooden details and colorful accents, creating a refined and relaxing atmosphere. The bedroom, directly accessible from the living room, offers a comfortable double bed and a practical wardrobe for storing your belongings. The apartment is completed by a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private washing machine, ensuring maximum comfort even for longer stays.

Locarno, one of the most charming gems of Ticino, lies on the shores of Lake Maggiore and captivates visitors with its mild climate, lively old town, and Mediterranean atmosphere. Thanks to the apartment’s privileged location in the city center and just steps from Piazza Grande, everything can be enjoyed without a car. The lake, promenade, shops, cafés, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The historic center offers attractions such as the Visconti Castle and the Casa Rusca Municipal Art Museum, while the scenic Madonna del Sasso sanctuary—reachable on foot or by funicular—offers breathtaking panoramic views over the lake and surrounding mountains. About 1 km away, you will find the Lido of Locarno with the Termali Salini Spa and the BLU Restaurant & Lounge, ideal for relaxing moments. By car, take the A13 motorway exit for Locarno and follow GPS directions; the apartment is just a few minutes away.

By train, from Locarno station it is a 10-minute walk to the apartment. Alternatively, bus line 3 takes you in 3 minutes to the stop “Locarno, Città Vecchia,” located about 100 meters from the property.
