One-Bedroom Apartment near the City Centre (Kokka House)
KOKKA HOUSE is a cozy one-bedroom apartment located on the first floor, just a few steps from the center of Marsala.
The entrance opens onto a bright living room, furnished with a dining table—perfect for shared meals—and a comfortable single sofa bed, ideal for hosting an extra guest (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa). From here, you access the compact yet well-equipped kitchen, designed for guests to cook independently and enjoy the local flavors. The sleeping area includes a spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe, perfect for organizing clothes and accessories throughout your stay. Both the living room and the bedroom have direct access to two beautiful private terraces—ideal spots to enjoy unforgettable moments outdoors. The bathroom is equipped with a shower to ensure maximum comfort.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.
The apartment does not have private parking, but there are many free public parking spots nearby.
Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

About 200 meters from the apartment, you’ll find Bonfanti pharmacy, a Conad supermarket, and several pizza restaurants. The historic center is about a 15-minute walk away: strolling through the charming cobbled streets, you can visit the majestic Mother Church of St. Thomas of Canterbury, the elegant Porta Nuova and Porta Garibaldi, and the renowned Baglio Anselmi Archaeological Museum, which houses the precious wreck of the late-Roman ship from Marausa. The area is full of local spots, restaurants, and wine bars where you can savor Sicilian cuisine and taste the famous Marsala wine. The salt pans, offering breathtaking views at sunset, can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, as well as the port, from where excursions to the nearby Egadi Islands depart. The train station and bus terminal—ideal for getting around and exploring the province—are about a 5-minute drive from the property.
How to get there:
By car: From Trapani Airport, follow the SP21. Set your GPS, and you’ll reach the apartment in about 20 minutes. From Palermo Airport, take the A29/E90 and continue on the SP21. The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
By train: Marsala station is connected to several towns in the region. From there, the apartment can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot or via local public transport.
