This elegant two-bedroom apartment, set in a stately lakefront building in beautiful Melide, welcomes you into a bright and spacious open space. Entering, there is the modern corner kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home, and a bar counter for quick snacks and aperitifs.

Opposite to it is the dining table for 4 and the TV area, with a comfortable sofa for watching a movie with friends or reading a book with a glimpse of the landscape. From here there is access to the balcony: enjoy the wonder of the lake view from here, drinking coffee or sipping a glass of good local wine at the outdoor table!

There are two bedrooms, both doubles, making the apartment perfect for families, groups of friends or couples.

Concluding the apartment is a modern bathroom with shower, equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.

Guests have access to private outdoor covered parking in the condominium area (ATTENTION: maximum dimensions: H:2.30m x W:1.97m x L:3.10 m).

ISABELLA APARTMENT is just 15 minutes on foot and 3 minutes by car from Lido di Melide, from the Swiss Miniatur park, from the pier for boats that reach various tourist locations on Lake Lugano, and from the train station to reach the city in just 10 minutes. Next to Swiss Miniature is a charging station for Tesla and Non-Tesla electric cars.

The historic center of Melide is a few minutes' walk away, with its bars and restaurants, and is served by grocery stores, post office, and bank.

How to arrive: 

By car, from the A2 motorway take the exit towards Melide/Bissone/Morcote/Campione: in 5 minutes you will reach the apartment.

By train, get off at Melide station and take bus No. 431 direction "Lugano, Autosilo Balestra" or No. 438 direction "Vico Morcote" for 2 stops, and get off at "Melide, Cantine" stop. In a 1-minute walk you will reach the apartment.
