Just a stone's throw from Lugano Paradiso station, HOME PARADISO will be the perfect starting point for visiting the city and all of Ticino, whether by car or train!

This cozy one-bedroom apartment consists of an open-plan living room, with the living area furnished with a sofa and TV, and the kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare and serve meals, with a dining table for 4 next to it.

The bedroom is double, spacious and furnished with a wardrobe for storage even for longer stays.

The bathroom with bath completes the apartment.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Free Wi-Fi for the guests.

The flat does not have a private parking space. It is possible to park in the blue parking spaces of via Carona or in the municipal car park, 10 minutes walking distance.

Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

Access: This is a SELF CHECK-IN apartment: we will not be at the property when you arrive, but upon confirmation of your reservation you will receive an email with INSTRUCTIONS with photographs and VIDEO for entry and parking; in addition, we will be available by phone for assistance.

The apartment is just 5 minutes from the Lugano Sud motorway junction and a 10-minute walk from the Lugano Paradiso train station. The LUDES University campus is a 3-minute drive away. The area is served by many restaurants, bars, grocery stores.

The funicular to the summit of Monte San Salvatore is 650 m away.

Lido Riva Caccia and Lido Conca D'Oro are a 5-minute drive away. The LAC museum is 5 minutes away. The historic center, with its shopping streets, can be reached in 6 minutes by car: you can park at the Motta car park.

How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Sud exit and set the GPS: in 2 minutes you will reach the flat. You can park in the blue car parks on via Carona, or at the Autosilo Comunale, about 10 minutes walk.

By train, get off at Lugano-Paradiso stop and walk for 3 minutes: the flat is 200 metres from the station.
