This lovely two-roomed flat, located in an elegant building in a very panoramic area of Paradiso, will welcome you in its large living room, where the beautiful honey-coloured parquet flooring makes the room even brighter and the view of the lake that you can admire from the windows even more pleasant. The TV area consists of a flat screen TV and a sofa, where you can watch a movie with friends after a day of sightseeing. There is also a desk for working and studying.

Next door, there is the dining area with a round table for 4, opposite the kitchen, which is separate, modern and equipped with everything you need to cook like at home.

Enjoy a coffee as the sun rises or an aperitif at sunset from the romantic terrace with a breathtaking view!

The double bedroom is cosy and comfortable, with a wardrobe for storage.

A bathroom with bath-shower completes the flat.

A set of towels is included in the stay for each person, along with sheets and blankets and a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessities for a breakfast.

The flat has a private parking space.

The outdoor condominium swimming pool (open: May to September) is available to guests.

From the apartment you can easily reach the center of Lugano: with a short and pleasant walk along the lakefront you can reach the LAC museum in 20 minutes and the renowned shopping street, Via Nassa, in the city's historic center in 25 minutes.

The Lugano Casino is a 10-minute drive away, facing the beautiful Ciani Park, the large lakefront garden of the historic villa. 

A few minutes from the apartment is the Lido Conca d'oro, with lake access, swimming pool, solarium and snack bar for breakfasts, lunches, aperitifs. 

The boat of the Società Navigazione del Lago di Lugano (Lake Lugano Navigation Company) passes through Paradiso, with which you can reach various places washed by the gentle waters of the Ceresio, such as picturesque Morcote, where you can stop for an aperitif on the lakefront, and romantic Melide, with its beach and lido. You can also reach them by private boat; several boat services allow motorboat rentals (with and without a license).  

Freeway junctions are a short distance away: the strategic location allows you to combine relaxation, privacy, and tranquility with ease in travel, both for sightseeing and business commitments.

By car, from the A2 highway take the Lugano Sud exit and set your GPS: in 4 minutes you'll reach the apartment.

By train, from Lugano Paradiso station walk 6 minutes to reach the apartment.
