If you want to stay in a strategic spot for visiting all of Ticino, CASA SERENA is perfect for you! This lovely one-bedroom apartment is located in the center of Grancia, a 10-minute walk from the Lugano Sud Shopping Center, a shopping destination (Ikea, Media Markt, Coop, international clothing brands, etc.).

The house welcomes you with a large living room, consisting of a relaxation area with sofa and TV, a dining area with a table for 4, a kitchen which is complete and equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The bedroom is a comfortable double room, ideal for couples' vacations but also suitable for business stays for those who seek space and independence.

There is also an additional room used as an office, with a large closet to store your wardrobe and a desk for working or studying.

A bathroom with a shower completes the apartment.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Grancia is an area south of Lugano that is well connected to motorway junctions and shopping destinations, thanks to its large shopping centers. Grancia also has a small but picturesque historic center, where CASA SERENA is located. The center of Lugano with its beautiful squares such as Piazza Riforma, restaurants and bars, alleys and shops, the beautiful lakeside promenade, and the famous Ciani Park are just a 15-minute drive away.

How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Sud exit and set your GPS: in 6 minutes you will reach the apartment.

By train, get off at Lugano Paradiso station and take bus No. 432 direction "Bissone, Autostrada" for 5 stops. Get off at the "Grancia, Centro Lugano Sud" stop: in a 10-minutes walk you will reach the apartment.
