In the heart of Marsala, just a short distance from the wonders of the Sicilian coast, CASA ROSA welcomes its guests into an elegant atmosphere rich in tradition. Spacious and meticulously designed, the apartment is a tribute to classic Sicilian style, where the refinement of wallpaper blends harmoniously with marble floors and decorative tiles, creating a sophisticated and charming environment.
A long corridor leads to the various rooms of the house, first revealing the living room, a cozy space adorned with a glass-detailed cabinet and delicate floral decorations that enhance the walls. Here, time seems to slow down, inviting guests to immerse themselves in reading or enjoy pleasant moments together around the round table. The kitchen, separate from the living room, is spacious and fully equipped—perfect for experimenting with new recipes using local ingredients. A glass door opens directly onto the covered and furnished terrace, an ideal spot to sip a glass of wine at sunset or enjoy a delicious dinner in the tranquility of the area.
The two bright and welcoming double bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The bathroom, complete with a shower, offers great convenience.
The apartment does not have a private parking space, but there are numerous public parking spots in the surrounding area.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.
Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

The train station and bus terminal, ideal for exploring the province, are just 150 meters from the property.
The historic center is also within walking distance: strolling along the characteristic cobbled streets, visitors can admire the majestic Norman Cathedral, the elegant Porta Nuova and Porta Garibaldi, and the renowned Baglio Anselmi Archaeological Museum, home to the precious late-Roman shipwreck of Marausa.

By car: From Trapani Airport, follow SP21. By setting your GPS, you will reach the property in about 20 minutes. From Palermo Airport, take the A29/E90 and continue on SP21. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
By train: Marsala station is well connected to various locations in the region. The apartment is just a 2-minute walk from the station.
