This modern one-bedroom apartment, located in the Cadro Panoramica residential development 15 minutes from the center, is the perfect place to spend relaxing moments in all seasons and to comfortably visit all the main attractions of Ticino, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The apartment welcomes you with a spacious living room consisting of a TV area, with a sofa for relaxing at the end of the day reading a book and admiring the scenery or watching a movie, and the dining area, with a modern kitchen complete with appliances and everything you need to prepare meals like at home, and a counter table with stools, also perfect for quick snacks and aperitifs. From here there is access to the balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, which enjoys a beautiful view of the lake. The sofa becomes a comfortable double bed for the night.

The romantic bedroom is double, furnished with a chest of drawers to store your wardrobe.

A modern bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

A set of towels is included in the living room for each person, along with sheets and blankets and a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessities for a breakfast.

Guests have private parking (max. H 180m) at their disposal.

The beautiful outdoor condominium pool with deck chairs and umbrellas and the large garden of the building are available to guests.

Cadro is a small village that enjoys a privileged panoramic position, looking both towards Lake Lugano and its green mountains behind it. From here it is possible to take several paths for trekking and cycling enthusiasts. The area is served by several typical Ticino restaurants. The centre of Lugano, with its shops, elegant squares, restaurants and bars, and beautiful lakeside promenade, is only a 15-minute drive away.

How to get there:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Nord exit and set your GPS: you will reach the flat in 15/20 minutes.

By train, from Lugano station take the train N.6 direction "Lugano, Cornaredo" for 9 stops and get off at the stop "Lugano, Resega". From here take bus no. 19 direction "Villa Luganese" for 9 stops and get off at the stop "Cadro, Grescia". In 5 minutes on foot you will reach the flat.
