The beautiful landscape of Lake Lugano and the surrounding green mountains will be your daily view from BREZZA DI LAGO, a cosy one-bedroom apartment in an elegant building in the panoramic area of Ruvigliana, above Lugano. The flat has a bright living room, consisting of the TV area, with a sofa that becomes a comfortable double bed for the night (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa.), and the dining area with a table for 4 where you can have lunch and dinner with your family.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and everything you need to prepare meals just like at home.

The living room leads to a private patio to enjoy the open air and the panorama of Lake Lugano in all seasons.

The romantic double bedroom is perfect for couples.

A bathroom with shower completes the flat.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Free Wi-Fi for the guests.

The flat has a private parking space a few metres away.

Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

Access: This is a SELF CHECK-IN apartment: we will not be at the property when you arrive, but upon confirmation of your reservation you will receive an email with INSTRUCTIONS with photographs and VIDEO for entry and parking; in addition, we will be available by phone for assistance.

Surroundings:

Ruvigliana is a pretty village nestling in the hills of Lugano, enjoying plenty of sunshine and wonderful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The Parco Ciani and the Lido di Lugano, with its indoor swimming pool, summer outdoor swimming pool, lakeside beach and tennis courts, are a 6-minute drive away; Lugano's historic centre is 10 minutes away. The picturesque village of Gandria can be reached in 7 minutes by car, or on foot from Castagnola (5 minutes by car) along the beautiful "Sentiero degli Ulivi".

The summit of Mount Bré can be reached in 10 minutes by car, or for those who love walking in 50 minutes along one of the paths.

How to get there:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano North junction and set the GPS following Strada di Gandria or Strada 2: in 15 minutes you will reach the flat.

By train, from Lugano railway station take the bus N.2 or N. 4 direction "Castagnola, Capolinea" for 3 stops and get off at the stop "Centro". From here, take the bus N.12 direction "Brè, Paese" for 11 stops and get off at the stop "Ruvigliana, Paese". In 3 minutes on foot you will be at the flat.
