Welcome to the BELVEDERE, a spacious and uniquely charming studio apartment located in the village of San Fermo. With its generous 50 sqm, this apartment offers an ideal holiday or business experience. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a welcoming open space. A double sofa bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.) and two Art Nouveau armchairs provide a comfortable place to relax in front of the TV or chat with friends and family. A convenient chest of drawers allows you to easily store your personal belongings, while a stove ensures a warm and cozy atmosphere during colder months. The environment is made even more atmospheric by the characteristic rough stonework and the two large windows that allow natural light to spread throughout the space, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The modern kitchen, separate from the rest of the space, is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator) to prepare delicious meals. The dining table, located in the kitchen, can accomodate up to four people. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a large bathtub that can also be used as a shower. Furthermore, you will have a private washing machine for washing your clothes, allowing you to travel light. Outside the apartment, you will enjoy a well-kept garden, complemented by a barbecue area equipped with a table for two, ideal for relaxing and enjoying outdoor dining on sunny days.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

In the surroundings of San Fermo della Battaglia, located in the province of Como in Lombardy, there are several interesting places to visit. The basilica of San Fermo e Rustico, dating back to the 10th century, is one of the main points of interest in the area. The Spina Verde Park offers scenic trails ideal for hiking or cycling in the surrounding hills. The Baradello Castle, a medieval fortress overlooking the town of Como, offers breathtaking views of the region. A short distance away, about 10 minutes by car, is the historic centre of Como, with its charming squares and shopping streets, and the famous Piazza Duomo with its beautiful cathedral. Explore Lake Como with its picturesque lakeside villages, which can also be reached by boat. Villa Olmo, a splendid neoclassical villa surrounded by a vast public park on the shores of Lake Como, offers moments of relaxation and pleasant walks. Finally, the funicular railway connecting Como to the picturesque village of Brunate offers panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

How to arrive:

By car: Arriving at the tollgate on the A9 motorway ‘Como Centro’, follow the GPS for 6 km (10 minutes) in the direction of ‘Via Belvedere’ and in about 12 minutes you will be in front of the apartment. 

By public transport: Arriving at the station ‘Como S. Giovanni’ walk for about 3 minutes to the stop ‘Como-S. Rocchetto’ and take the bus C75 towards ‘Como- S. Teresa’ for 9 stops (about 16 minutes), then get off at the stop ‘San Fermo - Villaggio del Sole’ From there in about 5 minutes walk you will be in front of the apartment. Or, from the station ‘Como Lago’ reach Piazza Verdi (5 min walk) and take the bus C75 direction ‘Como - Battisti’ for 17 stops (about 25 minutes) and get off at the stop ‘San Fermo - Villaggio del Sole’. In 5 min on foot you will reach the apartment.
