If you are looking for a vacation apartment close to the center of Lugano but away from its frenzy, this one-bedroom apartment will be the perfect solution, even for business stays!

Located in the Breganzona district, in an elegant residential and scenic area surrounded by greenery, the apartment welcomes you at the entrance with a large hallway with closet and bookcase, which further leads to the large and bright living room.

After a day of sightseeing, relax by watching a movie or reading a book on the sofa that becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). Next to it, there is the dining table for 4 and the kitchen, complete with everything you need.

The living room overlooks the spacious terrace, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining in nice weather, and admiring the nature that lushly surrounds the building. 

The comfortable bedroom has a double bed.

Concluding the apartment is the bathroom with bathtub.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.

Parking is available in the residential parking lot.

Please be reminded that you will enter the apartment by doing a SELF CHECK-IN. 

An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.

What's nearby:

Breganzona is a green neighborhood in the west of Lugano, well served by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and just 10 driving minutes from the city center. It is a good starting point for visiting the city and Ticino, a short distance from the Lugano Nord motorway junction.

How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Nord exit and set your GPS: in 5/10 minutes you will reach the apartment.

By train, from Lugano station take bus No. 3 direction "Breganzona, Posta" for 5 stops and get off at "Breganzona, Posta" stop. Then walk 8 minutes to the apartment.
