For visiting Ticino with family or friends, but also for a business stay, you will find in APPARTAMENTO FAGGI the ideal solution and just a few minutes from the center of Lugano!
This three-room apartment, located in an elegant building in the neighborhood of Viganello just a stone's throw from the lakefront, will welcome you with a bright living room, consisting of the TV area, with two sofas for social conversation or relaxing after a day of visits, one of which becomes a sofa bed for the night (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa.). Next to it, the dining area with a table for 4 people and a horseshoe-shaped kitchen, complete and equipped with appliances and everything you may need to prepare lunches and dinners as at home. The living room overlooks a large balcony, where you can enjoy the sunshine and mild Ticino climate.
There are two bedrooms: one double and one twin with a bed and bunk bed, with a small desk for study or work.
A set of towels is included in the stay for each person, along with sheets and blankets and a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessities for a breakfast.
Guests have covered parking available (Max: 2,00 H x 2,00 W x 4,50 L).

At La Lanchetta restaurant, a 2-minute walk away, there is a marina that welcomes boats departing for various destinations on the Ceresio.
How to get there:
By car, from the A2 highway take the Svincolo Lugano Sud exit and reach the lakefront: from Lugano Paradiso you'll reach the apartment in 10 to 12 minutes.
By train, from Lugano station take bus No. 2 direction "Castagnola, Capolinea" for 7 stops and get off at "Cassarate, Lanchetta" stop. Walk for 3 minutes to reach the apartment. Or from Piazza Besso (in front of the station) take bus No. 3 direction "Canobbio, Mercato Resega" for 8 stops and get off at "Cassarate, Scuole" stop. Walk 3 minutes to reach the apartment.
