The clean lines of the furnishings, together with the colorful artwork and the TV feature wall, enhance the refined neutral-tone stoneware flooring and the bright white walls and curtains, creating a sophisticated and luminous environment. The modern kitchen is perfectly organized and fully equipped with everything needed to cook comfortably just like at home. Large sliding glass doors lead to the covered terrace, an ideal space to relax and enjoy pleasant moments outdoors. The sleeping area features two spacious bedrooms: one with a large double bed and a single bed, perfect for families, and a second bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk. The apartment also features two modern bathrooms with showers, one of which is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

High-quality bed linen, towels, and a courtesy kit are provided.

Locarno is one of the gems of sunny Ticino, overlooking the shores of Lake Maggiore. The apartment is located just 300 meters from the lake, in an area with bars and restaurants for every taste. About 800 meters away is the Lido Locarno with the Termali Salini Spa and the BLU Restaurant & Lounge, the perfect place to enjoy relaxing moments. Nature lovers and walkers can easily reach Parco della Pace and the beautiful Camellia Park, famous for its seasonal blooms. Nearby is also Golf Locarno, featuring an executive golf course set in a unique panoramic setting. The lakeside promenade and the famous Piazza Grande are less than a 10-minute walk away. By car, take the Locarno exit from the A13 motorway and follow the GPS directions: the apartment can be reached within minutes.

By train, from Locarno railway station, guests can enjoy a pleasant 15-minute lakeside walk to the apartment. Alternatively, bus no. 4 reaches the “Locarno, Alle Torri” stop in about 5 minutes; the stop is only 50 meters from the property.
