Surrounded by green fields, the villetta is strategically located near the main roads to reach the canton's points of interest.
The Villetta AI MULINI has private access and is organized on two levels. On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan living room, consisting of the TV area, with a large sofa for watching a movie and relaxing at the end of the day, and the dining area with a table for 6. In front of the table, there is the modern kitchen, complete with appliances and equipped with everything you need to cook like at home even for longer stays. On this floor, there is a half bath. Going up the stairs, there is access to the second floor, which consists of: a double bedroom, ideal for couples, with access to a small balcony furnished with a small table and chairs; two single bedrooms; and a study with a desk for working and studying, with a drop-down bed for an additional bed. All rooms have closets and drawers for wardrobe storage. There are two bathrooms on this floor, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.
The house enjoys a spacious garden, where children can play outside and you can have lunch and dinner together on the table for 4.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

The house has two private covered parking spaces.
Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.

The Villetta AI MULINI is located in Bioggio, in the Lugano district. On the west side, toward the Vedeggio River, a bicycle path runs parallel to the river to the lake (Gulf of Agno), and allows an idyllic walk for pedestrians and cyclists in 10 minutes.
In just 6 minutes by car you reach Agno and its Lido on the lake, and the picturesque Laghetto di Muzzano. The city of Lugano can be reached in only 10 to 15 minutes by car.
How to get there:
By car, from the A2 highway take the Lugano Sud exit, and you reach AI MULINI in 10/15 minutes; or take the Lugano Nord exit and reach the house in 7/10 minutes.
By train, from Lugano station take the train S60 direction "Ponte Tresa” for 5 stops and get off at Bioggio stop. In 15 minutes walk you reach the apartment. Or reach "Via Sorengo" stop and take Bus No. 435 direction "Cappella-Agnuzzo, Station" and get off at "Piodella, Industrial Area" stop. Then walk for 8 minutes.
