For a vacation with family or friends, or for your business stay in Lugano away from the city chaos, VIRA APARTMENT will be your oasis of tranquility! This modern apartment is located in a stately building surrounded by greenery in Savosa, a hillside hamlet of Lugano just a 15-minute drive from downtown. Elegant marble and shades of white are the main motif of the house and contribute to the brightness of the rooms, which are already flooded with sunshine from the many windows overlooking the surrounding nature. The large open-plan living room consists of the dining area, with a table for 4 with comfortable armchair chairs for enjoying lunches and dinners in company, which can also be used as a workstation; next to it the large and comfortable sofa is perfect for relaxing while reading a book or watching a movie, and becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa.). The kitchen, open to the living room, is modern and complete with appliances and everything you need to prepare and serve meals, just like at home. From here there is access to the balcony, where you can sit outdoors and enjoy the mild Ticino climate, sipping an aperitif with a view of the city from above. There are 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed, with a private bathroom with shower; a bedroom with a single bed and a second single pull-out bed, with a bridge closet and a desk for work or study; and a third small bedroom with a crib for babies aged 0 to 2 years. Concluding the apartment is a second bathroom with a large shower and a beautiful tub where you can enjoy moments of relaxation after a day of sightseeing or business meetings. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available.

The condominium provides an outdoor condominium pool (summer opening May/June - September) and a large garden.

The apartment has private outdoor parking in the condominium area.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Savosa is a hamlet located in the hilly and scenic northern part of Lugano, an area with lots of greenery and well connected to the city center by public transportation. Within minutes there are supermarkets, post office, bars and restaurants. In a 4-minute walk from the apartment you can reach Vira Park, a park that includes a soccer field, skater field hockey rink, games and leisure facilities for your family and friends sports vacation. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes by car or public transportation. Visit beautiful Lugano, lively especially in summer with its musical events. In the center of Lugano you can admire the large Piazza Riforma with the Town Hall, the famous Via Nassa with its upscale stores, the spectacular lakefront, the large botanical park Parco Ciani with its Villa, where you can admire different blooms and take wonderful pictures by the lake, and much more. Walking the entire Via Nassa leads directly to the large LAC theater and museum, where you can enjoy various shows and exhibitions.

How to get there:

By car, from the A9 highway take the Lugano Nord exit and set your GPS: in about 8/10 minutes you will be at the apartment.

By train, from Lugano station take bus No. 461 direction “Tesserete, Stazione Nord” for 4 stops and get off at “Porza, Belvedere” stop. In only 7 minutes walk you will be at the apartment.
