The rolling hills of the Marche region, among fields, woods and vineyards, the melodious sounds of nature, the tranquility of a vacation surrounded by greenery: your daydream comes true in VILLA STIPA in Offida, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy! This elegant villa, will welcome you in the beautiful garden that surrounds it, among trees, large lawns and colorful flowers in spring.  The villa is divided on two levels.  As you enter, on the right you will find the lovely wooden kitchen, complete with appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious dishes with the delicious local products. Copper pots and painted plates decorate the space, and in the center is a table for 4/6 people. Continuing on, you reach the large living room, a large room composed of the dining area, with a table for 6/8 people, and the living room, with a round table for 4, also suitable for work or study, a sofa and some comfortable armchairs surrounding the beautiful fireplace, an ideal corner for chatting with friends, reading a book or watching a movie. On this floor there are two bedrooms: a double/twin room with a desk and bookcase and a study with a double sofa bed, equipped with a desk and PC. Finally, there is a bathroom with shower. Going up the stairs leads to the sleeping area, with the 3 bedrooms facing the terraces: a master bedroom, furnished with elegant antique wooden furniture, decorated with paintings and tapestries; a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with private bathroom, with a large built-in closet and a desk; and a spacious single bedroom. Completing the floor is the large blue master bathroom with bathtub. The villa has a laundry room with washing machine for guest use.

In warm weather you'll appreciate the pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing in hot summers and sunbathing on the deck chairs at your disposal. For outdoor dining there is the beautiful stone and wood table next to the picturesque well, surrounded by the tall maritime pines, or the patio with canopy furnished with two tables for 6 people, perfect for large families, groups of friends, but also team building stays. Also available to guests is a barbecue for summer grilling. There is also a small table and chairs in the garden for a coffee or aperitif at sunset among a few intimates under the romantic gazebo.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.  We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available.

Outdoor parking is possible within the garden of the villa.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

Offida, a magnificent village rich in history and tradition, overlooks the relaxing hills of the Marche region, halfway between Ascoli Piceno and the sea. The town was a military fortress, composed of an important city wall and square towers. Admire the spectacular medieval architecture of the church of Santa Maria della Rocca, surrounded on three sides by cliffs overlooking the surrounding valleys. In the center of the town is the famous Piazza del Popolo with its Town Hall. Visit the beautiful Theater of the Serpente Aureo. Offida is also the town of the Tombolo Lace Museum, the Carnival and Offida mushrooms, and Pecorino and Passerina, two excellent wines of the Marche region. Visit the many farms and wineries in the area to taste typical products. The beautiful seaside town of San Benedetto del Tronto is only a 30-minute drive away.

How to get there:

By Car: From Rome, 215 km by taking the A24 highway. From Bologna, 300 km by traveling along the A14 Autostrada Adriatica. From Milan, 500 km by traveling along the A1 and A14 highways.By Train: From Milan/Bologna, take the Intercity or Frecciarossa train towards Lecce and get off at Ancona. Here take the regional train towards Ascoli Piceno and get off at the 'Offida Castel di Lama' station. From the station go to the 'Castel di Lama - Bar Sport' stop and take the 08EXT line towards 'Offida, Piazza G. Leopardi' for 20 stops. Get off at "S.p. 15 - Bivio Castignano" and walk for 3 minutes to reach the villa.
