VILLA PICCOLO PARADISO

Wonderful sunsets over Lake Maggiore will be a daily spectacle from VILLA PICCOLO PARADISO, a splendid villa with swimming pool in a residential and panoramic district of Minusio, just a few minutes from Locarno.

The villa is on two levels. Upon entering, you are greeted by a bright and spacious living room, from whose windows you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

Relax on the comfortable sofa watching a film with friends or reading a book. In the evening, you can admire the lights of the villages on the water!

Next door is the dining room, with its large table for 6 people, and the modern kitchen with island, which is designer and equipped with everything you need to cook like at home.

The windows lead out onto the terrace, furnished with tables and chairs, from which to admire the landscape and sip a glass of excellent local wine.

This floor is completed by a study, ideal for business stays, and a small service bathroom.

The studio is a perfect Home Office for smart working, equipped with desk, computer with big screen, keyboard and mouse and very fast WIFI connection (600 Mbit/s).

Going down the stairs, you reach the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms: one double with double bed and master bathroom and a double with French bed, with large windows overlooking the pool.

Finally, there is the second bathroom with shower.

From this floor you have access to the large terrace with swimming pool: in summer you will spend your best moments here, swimming in the cool water, sunbathing on the sunbeds in the solarium area, sipping an aperitif on the sofa in front of the pool, enjoying a barbecue prepared in the equipped barbecue, all with an unforgettable view of Lake Maggiore. There is also a splendid pergola furnished with sofas for relaxing on sunny days in all seasons, admiring the vineyards below.

If you love cycling, you can use the Tacx Flow Smart (Bluetooth) bike rollers for your indoor sessions.

There are 4 private outdoor parking spaces available for guests.

!!Attention: the road to the entrance of the villa is very steep!!

A set of towels is included in the living room for each person, along with sheets and blankets and a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Wifi is free and available to guests.

Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Any commercial activity is forbidden.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in is from 3pm to 8pm. Check-out is from 8.00 to 10.00. We kindly ask you to notify us 48 hours/ max 24 hours before your arrival time.

A member of our staff will be waiting for you to check in at the time you have given, show you where to park, how to get in, and take you on a short tour of the house.

For check-out, we kindly ask you to let us know about 24 hours before your departure time and a member of our staff will come to you to check the flat and greet you on your departure.

Brione sopra Minusio is a scenic hamlet of Minusio, a picturesque village overlooking Lake Maggiore.  From Minusio it is possible to reach the town of Locarno on foot or by bicycle along the magnificent panoramic lakeside path: as you travel along it, you will discover period villas, restaurants, cafés and beaches, as far as the lakeside of Muralto, Lido di Locarno, Parco della Pace and Parco delle Camelie.

Locarno can be reached by car in just 15 minutes.

How to get there:

By car, from the A2 motorway, take exit 48 Rivera towards Monte Ceneri. Take the A13 towards Locarno/Tenero. Take the Valle Verzasca exit towards Tenero. Set the address on your GPS and in 10 minutes you will reach the villa.

By train, from Tenero station take bus no. 323 in the direction of "Contra, Paese" for 9 stops and get off at "Contra, Costa". In 5 minutes on foot you will reach the villa
