Guests are welcomed into a bright open-plan living area, where a modern fully equipped kitchen blends seamlessly with a spacious dining room. The wooden flooring, contrasted with the light tones of the furnishings, helps create a warm and inviting atmosphere, enriched by vibrant vintage prints. From the kitchen, there is direct access to a charming veranda overlooking the garden, furnished with a comfortable dining table and equipped with a sunshade: a perfect space to relax or enjoy pleasant moments outdoors. On the first floor there is a small lounge with a relaxation area, as well as a double bedroom with a balcony and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The second floor hosts two further bedrooms — one double and one with two single beds — both with balconies, as well as a large bathroom with a shower.

The property is surrounded by a well-kept garden, ideal for relaxing moments immersed in greenery and enjoying the peace of the area.

High-quality bed linen, towels, and a courtesy kit are provided.

You will also find a welcome basket with essentials for your first breakfast.

Guests can conveniently park their car near the property, along the fence.

Guests have full access to the entire property.

Just a short walk from the property, the lakeside promenade invites guests to enjoy pleasant walks, peaceful moments by the water, and outdoor activities such as swimming, paddleboarding, or boat trips. In the surrounding area, there are numerous hiking trails and cycling routes immersed in nature, ideal for exploring the landscape between lake and mountains. Nearby, you can reach places of great interest such as Morcote, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland, and Swissminiatur, a theme park especially popular with families. Thanks to its strategic location, it is easy to reach Lugano with its shops, restaurants, and museums, or to take a trip up Monte San Salvatore or Monte Generoso for breathtaking panoramic views over the lake and surrounding mountains. How to get there:

By car, take the Melide/Bissone/Morcote/Campione exit from the A2 motorway and continue on Cantonale Road 2 for about 3 minutes, following GPS directions.

By train, arriving from Italy, take the S10 train from Como S. Giovanni and get off at “Maroggia-Melano” (6 stops, about 30 minutes). From Switzerland, take the same line from Lugano or Paradiso, also getting off at “Maroggia-Melano”. From there, the property is about a 10-minute walk.
