Villa Irene enjoys a privileged position directly overlooking Lake Como and offers a panoramic view that captivates at first glance.

Modern in its exterior lines, it preserves inside all the charm of a traditional lakeside home, reinterpreted with elegance and character.

The villa is set over two levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find the spacious living area: a large lounge with comfortable sofas, a bookcase and a fireplace, perfect for relaxing and reading a good book, and a bright dining room adjacent to the kitchen, with a table for 6 people, ideal for sharing convivial moments.

The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area create a seamless dialogue between indoors and outdoors, flooding the space with beautiful natural light and enhancing the view in every season. The kitchen, featuring a refined industrial style, is fully equipped and designed for those who love experiencing the home through the pleasure of cooking. A practical guest bathroom is also located on the ground floor.

On the first floor are all four double bedrooms, each with lake view, offering inspiring awakenings and peaceful nights. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, ensuring an intimate and secluded space. On the same level, there is an additional bathroom with shower and sauna, perfect for moments of true relaxation.

The interiors tell a story of carefully selected details: stone floors in authentic lakeside style, fine antique honey-colored wooden furniture blending harmoniously with more modern white-toned pieces – an elegant leitmotif throughout the house – as well as thoughtfully chosen paintings and artworks.

Outdoors, Villa Irene offers generous spaces designed to experience the lake at 360 degrees: two terraces directly overlooking the water, a large furnished patio perfect not only for dinners under the stars but also for lunches and breakfasts in the open air, and a private garden where you can enjoy peace and quiet. The private dock allows you to dive straight into the lake, while a private buoy lets you conveniently moor your own or rented boat.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The villa is for the exclusive use of guests and also provides private parking for 3–4 cars.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

VILLA IRENE is just minutes from the charming village of Brienno, known for its picturesque historic center and the charm of its lakeside setting. Strolling through the narrow alleys and stopping for dinner at Pizzeria Brienn, located in front of the church, is a real pleasure. During the summer season, the public park transforms into the Lido "La Terrazza 125", where guests can swim in the lake, have lunch, dinner, or enjoy an aperitif by the water. Nearby is also the renowned restaurant Crotto dei Platani, perfect for an unforgettable culinary experience. From Brienno, between April and October, it is possible to take the ferry to explore the most famous villages of the lake. Just 6 minutes away is Argegno, a lively town full of restaurants and bars, where ferries and hydrofoils frequently depart for iconic destinations such as Bellagio and Menaggio. Heading south, you’ll reach Laglio, an elegant village known for its refined atmosphere and for being the summer residence of actor and director George Clooney. Further south lies the city of Como, with its artistic and cultural heritage, while to the north you can explore the scenic Intelvi Valley, ideal for hiking and nature walks.

How to get there:

By car: take the A9 motorway and exit at the last Italian exit "Como Lago". Follow your GPS to the Via Regina state road and in about 20 minutes you’ll be at the accommodation.

By train: from Como Station, take bus number C120 or C110 and in about 30 minutes you'll reach the stop for the village of Brienno. From there, the apartment is about a 5-minute walk.
