For a holiday surrounded by greenery, just half an hour from the mountain resort of San Bernardino and Lake Maggiore, the VALVERDE DELUXE apartment in Lostallo is the ideal solution for families and groups of friends!

This modern 120 sqm apartment, furnished with care, can accommodate up to 8 people: there are two double bedrooms, with wardrobes to hold your wardrobe, and the living room turns into another room, with the sofa that becomes a bed. double bed and the two poufs that open as single beds.

In the large open space living room there is also the dining area, with a table for 6 next to the kitchen, fully equipped for cooking like at home. From here, you can also access the garden: enjoy the mild climate and the cool evening in the summer by eavesdropping in company with the barbecue made available for you!

There are two bathrooms, both spacious and with shower.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

How to get:
By car, from Bellinzona take the A13 motorway and take exit 37-Lostallo. Set the GPS: in a few minutes you will reach the apartment.
By train, reach Bellinzona station (from north or south) and take bus No. 171 towards “Chur, Postautostation”. Get off at the "Lostallo, Nord" stop.
