Your ideal holiday combines sightseeing and hiking? VALVERDE 1 is just the thing for you! This flat surrounded by greenery is located in Lostallo, halfway between the city and the mountains: it is only 30 minutes from Locarno and San Bernardino.

On entering, you will be greeted by a lovely open space. The living area has a large, comfortable corner sofa, which opens out as a double sofa bed for the night. Next to it is the dining area with a table for 4 and a modern kitchen, complete with appliances and everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home. A small outdoor patio is at the flat's disposal.

The double bedroom is comfortable and furnished with a wardrobe for storing your luggage. A bathroom with shower completes the flat.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

How to get:
By car, from Bellinzona take the A13 motorway and take exit 37-Lostallo. Set the GPS: in a few minutes you will reach the apartment.
By train, reach Bellinzona station (from north or south) and take bus No. 171 towards “Chur, Postautostation”. Get off at the "Lostallo, Nord" stop.
