Located in a historic building in the elegant residential neighborhood of Conciliazione, centrally located just 2 metro stops from Milano Cadorna and 5 stops from Duomo, this comfortable studio apartment consists of a bright living room with TV, a small armchair and a sofa that becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). Next to it, there is the kitchen complete with appliances and everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners, a dining table for 2 people and a large closet to store all your wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

The studio apartment is a perfect solution for the “Salone del Mobile”, ideal for designers, exhibitors and visitors looking for a stay close to the main attractions and venues of the event.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment does not have a private parking, but it is easily accessible by public transportation (metro and bus). For those arriving by car, there are paid and free public garages and parking spaces nearby. Please note: parking availability is not guaranteed, and the apartment is located in Area C!

The apartment is within walking distance of the Conciliazione and Pagano red line subway stops. You can reach the Duomo, Castello Sforzesco, the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie the Arco della Pace, Leonardo da Vinci's “Cenacolo” (The Last Supper) and Cadorna train station in a few minutes by metro.

Stroll through the elegant and safe residential neighborhood of Conciliazione with its beautiful late 19th-century Art Nouveau houses, gardens, balconies and facades full of climbing plants, century-old trees, historic boutiques and modern restaurants.

Leonardo Da Vinci lived here when he painted the world-famous “Cenacolo” (The Last Supper), which is only a 7-minute walk away.

You can easily walk to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and shopping streets.

In a few minutes' walk from the apartment you will find a bike rental space (BikeMi).

How to get there:

By car: the city can be accessed from Malpensa airport via the A8 highway in about 40 minutes. Please note: the apartment is in Area C, which is active year-round Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (tickets can be purchased from the Area C website).

By public transportation: From Milano Cadorna station: 2 stops on the M1 red line metro, getting off at Conciliazione. From Central Station: 5 stops on metro green line M2, get off at Milano Cadorna and take 2 stops on metro red line M1, getting off at Conciliazione.
