Are you looking for a relaxing holiday, far from the chaos of big cities and with lots of nature around you? RUSTIC ASTANO will be the perfect destination for your stay! In this two-room attic apartment with a rustic flavor, wood warms the rooms and creates the right atmosphere!
In the bright living room, the TV area is a perfect cinema corner with its flat screen television and its large corner sofa, which becomes a double bed for the night.
Next to it, there is a dining table for 4 and the modern corner kitchen, complete and equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners like at home.
In the summer, stay outdoors on the large balcony overlooking the greenery, sip an aperitif with local products and Ticino wine on the outdoor table and enjoy the cool evening in summer!
The romantic double bedroom has a dormer in the ceiling for star gazing!
A bathroom with bathtub completes the apartment.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. Free Wi-Fi for the guests.
Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.
Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

Astano is a small town in Malcantone on the border with Italy, surrounded by greenery. The lush nature of the woods and the quiet streets are ideal conditions for peaceful walks. The Astano Lake is appreciated by tourists, where there is a small bathing establishment for the summer, and where it is possible to practice sport fishing. From Astano, Lake Lugano in the town of Ponte Tresa can be reached in just 15 minutes, while Lake Maggiore, passing the border with Italy, can be reached in 20 minutes in Luino.
How to get:
By car, from Lugano reach the cantonal road and set the GPS: in 30 minutes you will reach the apartment. Coming from the north or south, from the A2 take the Lugano Nord exit and continue on the Cantonale.
By train, from Lugano station take the train towards Ponte Tresa and get off at Ponte Tresa station. From here, take the Postbus bus no. 426 for 26 stops and get off at the “Astano, Paese” stop. In 2 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment.
