In the picturesque village of Ruvigliana, a panoramic village on the hills of Lugano, ROSE 2 will welcome you for your relaxing holidays, as a couple or as a family, but also with friends or for a business stay away from the frenzy of the center! The newly renovated apartment has retained the flavor of a village house in some details and has been tastefully furnished, with a preference for shades of white. It develops on two levels: the living area on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the upper floor. At the entrance there is the dining room with a table for 4, and the separate, compact and well-organized kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners. Next to it, the living room with flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we consider it only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa). Also on the ground floor, there is also a small service bathroom with toilet and sink. Going up the staircase, there are two double bedrooms, with large wardrobes to store your wardrobe, and in the anteroom a romantic balcony to enjoy a magnificent lake view. The apartment is completed by a bathroom with modern and large shower.  

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

This apartment with has a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be present upon your arrival, but, upon the confirmation of your booking, you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEOS of the entrance and the parking; moreover, you can call us if you need help.

Parco Ciani and Lido di Lugano, with its indoor pool, summer outdoor pool, lake beach and tennis courts, are 10 minutes away by car; the historic center of Lugano 15 minutes.

The picturesque town of Gandria can be reached in 7 minutes by car, or on foot from Castagnola (5 minutes by car) along the beautiful "Sentiero degli Ulivi". If you arrive by car, take the exit "Lugano Nord" from the A2 motorway and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. Rose Apartment does not have a private car park, but guests can park in the public car park next to the building. It is possible to park in two public car parks: one at the first curve of the road leading to Ruvigliana, with parking spaces with a parking disc 2 h max., And one after the second corner, with a parking disc 1 h max. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus n. 461 (towards Villa Luganese) for 7 stops (about 12 minutes) and get off at the "Viganello, San Siro" stop. Here, take bus N.10 (direction Castagnola Capolinea) for 5 stops (5 minutes) and get off at the "Ruvigiana, ex Clinica" stop. Walk for about 4 minutes to reach the building.
