The fresh and calm waters of Lake Maggiore and the green mountains that frame it are the splendid view you will admire from the garden of ROMANTIC ASCONA, a lovely two-room apartment organized for your holidays as a couple or as a family!

Located in a quiet and panoramic residential complex, ROMANTIC ASCONA has an independent entrance: by crossing its gate and the entrance door, it will welcome you with a large living area, furnished with taste and imagination, making you feel at home. .
In the center of the living room, there is a sofa for 2 people in front of the TV, a corner designed for your relaxation after a day of sightseeing, beach or work.
Next to it, the dining area with a table for 4, and the fully equipped kitchen, which can be separated from the living room with a curtain. Here a small table with two stools is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine while cooking!

The bedroom is spacious and bright, consisting of a double bed, a sofa that can become a single bed for the night and a wardrobe to store all your wardrobe.

The garden is a dream: surrounded by greenery, it has a pergola with table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners, from which to enjoy the wonderful landscape.

A bathroom with bathtub completes the apartment.

Next to the entrance door there is another green door that leads to the shared laundry room.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.

From ROMANTIC ASCONA you can walk in just 10 minutes to the picturesque and colorful historic center of Ascona: take the romantic lakeside promenade and reach the famous Parco degli Angioli. Several boats depart from the port that will take you to the most popular tourist resorts of Lake Maggiore, such as the Brissago Islands.
There are many restaurants in the surrounding area, and services such as post office, bank, supermarkets, are in the vicinity: the Coop is just a 5 minute walk away, the Migros 10 minutes away.
In just 7 minutes by car and 15 by bus you can reach the center of Locarno, while the Lido di Locarno is 10 minutes by car.


How to get:

From both the North and the South, take the A2 motorway and take the A2 / E35 San Gottardo / Bellinzona exit. Continue for 15 km, take exit 48-Rivera towards Monteceneri and take Route 2 towards the A13. Take the A13 towards Locarno / Tenero for 10 km and exit at Ascona.
