If you are looking for a place to relax a few minutes away from the city centre of Lugano, ROGGIA 21 is the ideal solution for you. This colorful and functional two-room apartment is the perfect starting point to visit the city, walk along the lakefront (just 5 minutes’ walk away) and visit the Exhibition Centre. Feel yourself at home even on holiday: the kitchen is fully equipped to cook and serve your meals, the double bedroom is comfortable and contains a large wardrobe; in the bathroom, there is a beautiful shower with hydromassage. It is ideal for couples and business trips.

The flat is equipped with a double sofa bed for additional guests (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we consider it only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa). 

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.


Free Wi-Fi for the guests. Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

The Coop Supermarket is just in front of the structure; the building complex is just 2 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lanchetta restaurant; it is possible to take the ferry from the small tourist port to many locations (Gandria, Morcote, etc.). The Lido of Lugano, which is just 3 minutes away, offers an olympic swimming pool covered in winter, the outdoor pools with springboards in summer, a beach along the lakeshore, the tennis courts and the sailing club.

Access: To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.

How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop "Viganello, La Santa" (about 10 minutes). Walk for about 3 minutes to get to the building.
