The Monte San Salvatore, one of the peaks which characterise the city of Lugano, stands out from the city skyline and is clearly visible from ROGGIA 16. Enjoy this breath-taking view from the terrace of this two-room apartment, which is just 5 minutes’ walk away from the lakefront and 3 minutes away from the Exhibition Centre Lugano, therefore it is particularly suitable for couples on holiday and for business trips. The small but functional kitchen is fully equipped and faces the living room, which includes a dining and a TV area where you can enjoy relaxing moments. The double bedroom is spacious and comfortable; the bathroom with modern shower, bistre/ruby tiles with floral decorations, is original and elegant. A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

Nearby: The Coop Supermarket is just in front of the structure; the building complex is just 2 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lanchetta restaurant; it is possible to take the ferry from the small tourist port to many locations (Gandria, Morcote, etc.).

The Lido of Lugano, which is just 3 minutes away, offers an olympic swimming pool covered in winter, the outdoor pools with springboards in summer, a beach along the lakeshore, the tennis courts and the sailing club.

Access: To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.

How to arrive: If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop "Viganello, La Santa" (about 10 minutes). Walk for about 3 minutes to get to the building.
