Visit the beautiful city of Lugano with your family or friends in this three-room apartment a few minutes’ walk away from the city centre: ROGGIA 11 is an apartment furnished in a modern style in a newly built building complex and can host up to 6 people with its 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 with 2 single beds. The small kitchen is functional and fully equipped for cooking and serving meals; it faces the living room and includes a dining and a TV area. The bathroom has a modern shower. Let your children play in the playground, which is clearly visible from the terrace, and enjoy an aperitif at sunset. Thanks to the strategic position of this apartment, you will be able to reach all the points of interest: ROGGIA 11 is 5 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lugano Exhibition Centre.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. 


Free Wi-Fi for the guests. Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

The flat is equipped with a double sofa bed for additional guests. (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we consider it only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa).

The Coop Supermarket is just in front of the structure; the building complex is just 2 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lanchetta restaurant; it is possible to take the ferry from the small tourist port to many locations (Gandria, Morcote, etc.). The Lido of Lugano, which is just 3 minutes away, offers an olympic swimming pool covered in winter, the outdoor pools with springboards in summer, a beach along the lakeshore, the tennis courts and the sailing club.

Access: To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.

How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop "Viganello, La Santa" (about 10 minutes). Walk for about 3 minutes to get to the building.
