The open space living room is composed of a kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, a dining area with a table for 4 and a TV area, with a lively yellow sofa that turns into a double bed for two at night additional guests. This functional and bright room overlooks the terrace, furnished with a table and chairs: relax in this cozy corner while sipping a good Ticino wine at sunset, looking at the green mountains and the city on the move!
The master bedroom, with parquet flooring, has a large wardrobe for your wardrobe and overlooks another terrace.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. Free Wi-Fi for the guests.
Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.
Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

The Coop Supermarket is just in front of the structure; the building complex is just 2 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lanchetta restaurant; it is possible to take the ferry from the small tourist port to many locations (Gandria, Morcote, etc.). The Lido of Lugano, which is just 3 minutes away, offers an olympic swimming pool covered in winter, the outdoor pools with springboards in summer, a beach along the lakeshore, the tennis courts and the sailing club.

To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.
How to arrive:
If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment.
If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop "Viganello, La Santa" (about 10 minutes). Walk for about 3 minutes to get to the building.
