The sunlight filters through the large windows of this bright two-room apartment, equipped with pieces of furniture in soft and warm colors. ROGGIA 6 is suitable for romantic holidays. Situated in a quiet residential area, the apartment is on the 1st floor of a newly built building, called Perla del Ticino. Enjoy a glass of refined Ticino wine on the terrace overlooking the mountains, or eat a wonderful meal prepared with local products in the modern kitchen. The double bedroom is comfortable and warm and faces a small terrace. The second double bedroom hosts 2 additional guests. The bathroom has a modern shower, bistre/ruby tiles with floral decorations. The apartment is also ideal for business trips: it is 3 minutes’ walk away from the Lugano Exhibition Centre and 10 minutes away from the city centre. The living room has a double sofa bed for possible extra guests (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we consider it only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa).

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. 


Free Wi-Fi for the guests. Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

The flat does not have parking facilities.

The Coop Supermarket is just in front of the structure; the building complex is just 2 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lanchetta restaurant; it is possible to take the ferry from the small tourist port to many locations (Gandria, Morcote, etc.). The Lido of Lugano, which is just 3 minutes away, offers an olympic swimming pool covered in winter, the outdoor pools with springboards in summer, a beach along the lakeshore, the tennis courts and the sailing club.

Access: To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.

How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop "Viganello, La Santa" (about 10 minutes). Walk for about 3 minutes to get to the building.
